Love this Wood Fill Filament!

Okay, so I just got my Wood Fill Filament from Filaments.ca and it's awesome! The prints smell faintly of wood and the texture is really cool. I made a few decorative pieces and they look so good. The filament fed perfectly through my printer, no clogs or anything, which is always a relief with specialty filaments. I'm already planning my next order, probably going to try some of their Marble PLA next. Definitely telling my friends about this place!

Always reliable for filament

Good product, slow support

I ordered some Standard Resin and a few Brass Nozzles. The resin printed well, and the nozzles seem high quality. Everything was packed securely when it arrived. My only slight issue was that I had a question about my tracking number, and it took a full two days to get a response from customer support. Not a huge deal, but a quicker reply would have been better. Delivery itself was okay, about 5 business days. Are their filament weights listed with the spool or just the filament itself? Trying to figure out actual material amount.

Pretty sure it's net weight, so just the filament. You wouldn't want to pay for the spool lol.

From my experience, the weight they list is usually just for the filament itself, not including the spool. That's pretty standard for most places.

Totally legit. They're based in Canada but ship everywhere. I've ordered from them multiple times and never had an issue. Good selection too.

How's their return policy? What if I open a spool and decide I don't like the color or something? Can I send it back?

Pretty sure once it's open, you can't return it unless it's defective. Most places won't take back opened filament.

Yeah, I think for hygiene/quality reasons, opened spools are a no-go for returns unless there's an actual problem with the filament itself, like it's faulty.

Free shipping usually kicks in automatically if your order is big enough. For the coupon, it's usually just one code per order. I don't think you can stack them.

Nah, pretty sure it's only one promo code at checkout. Free shipping usually applies if you hit the minimum order amount, so that's separate from the coupon.

Yeah they ship to the US. I got an order from them a few months ago, took about a week and a half to get to me in Michigan. Might be similar for NYC.

They definitely ship to the US. Shipping times can vary a bit though, depends on the carrier. I'd give it at least a week, maybe two just to be safe.
